World Tai Chi & Qigong Day
For the third year, members of Tai Chi Yukon celebrated World Tai Chi & Qigong Day. A spirited group gathered in downtown Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, Canada to do qigong, form and sword. As you can see, it was a brilliant sunny day. What you can’t see is that it was only a few degrees above zero Celsius and there was a brisk wind! Nonetheless we generated lots of chi and enjoyed practicing with one another and all our brothers and sisters around the world.
